Sales and Payments
Inspect your order: It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect their order upon receipt. If you receive a broken or damaged item or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 business days.
If you ordered the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to replace it with the correct item. However, we do not guarantee full credit if you have ordered the wrong item. If the item has been used or installed in an instrument, we cannot guarantee full credit or replacement. If you have ordered the wrong item it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If Mass Spec Detectives, Inc. has sent you the wrong item ordered it is our policy to correct the error and to make a best effort attempt to get you the correct item. If the correct replacement item is not available the customer will receive a full refund. In the event that Mass Spec Detectives, Inc. has sent you the wrong item we will pay the shipping cost to return the item. We will provide the customer with a pre-paid shipping number and the method of shipment. However, it is the customer's responsibility to properly pack the item before returning it to Mass Spec Detectives, Inc.
